3. The machine is equipped with various features to enhance its performance. It includes a hopper type filling system and a cup filling system, both made with 304 stainless steel. The pneumatics used in the machine are of high quality and made by Pneumax in Italy. The motor is sourced from reliable brands like Crompton or Godrej. The temperature controller ensures precise control over the packaging process. The machine also incorporates SKF bearings and an adjustable disc made of stainless steel 304.
4. The feeding system of the machine utilizes a volumetric cup filler system, ensuring accurate and consistent filling of pouches. All contact parts of the machine are made with stainless steel 304, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene. The machine is housed in an M.S body with a main control panel, featuring push-button type main on-off switches and fuses for safety. It also includes a digital pouch counter from the Multi Span brand and a heater failure alarm system from Pioneer brand.
5. The Pouch Packaging Machine can accommodate various pouch sizes, as per the customer's requirements. It operates at a speed of 25-35 pouches per minute, providing efficient packaging capabilities. The probability of inaccuracy is minimal, ranging from 1% to 2%. The machine requires a single-phase power supply of 230VAC, 50-60Hz, with a power load of 1.5KW. With a weight of approximately 350kg, this machine is robust and reliable for industrial packaging needs.
